Can you build my website? How much will it cost?
Most likely, yes! We can host a wide range of open-source apps, we can even build something custom, so there's a good chance we can help with what you have in mind. The best way to find out is to get in touch — we're happy to discuss your needs and provide a no-obligation quote with no pressure to commit.
I have not heard of most of these apps. Are they good?
Yes! The open-source ecosystem is incredibly diverse and mature, so there's no shortage of great apps to choose from. We only host apps that have solid community support, proven maturity, and strong credibility — so you can feel confident that whatever you pick is reliable and well-maintained.
Can I use YourApps to de-Google my IT?
Yes. The site presents this as one of its core reasons for existing and says it can be an excellent starting point for reducing reliance on Google or Microsoft or Amazon services.
How do I choose which apps to select?
Not sure which app is right for you? Just tell us what you'd like to achieve, and we'll happily suggest some great options that fit your needs!
Can I try out an app?
Yes. If you are under your plan's app quota, another app can be deployed for trial. If you are at quota, an app may still be deployed temporarily so you can test it before swapping or upgrading.
What is standard support?
You'll get standard support included with every plan, during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays).
Depending on your plan, you'll have 1 or 2 hours of support per month — and we apply this loosely, so we won't cut you off mid-conversation.
We're here to help mainly via chat and email with phone support available when you need it.
On-site visits are charged additionally.
What is Support+?
Support+ is an optional add-on available with any plan. It extends support coverage to business hours Monday–Friday, 7am–9pm, plus weekends and bank holidays from 9am–5pm.
You get up to 2 hours of support per month, available via email, chat, and phone.
How do I pay?
You can pay online by credit or debit card or direct debit. If you choose an annual plan, you'll get two months free — a nice saving compared with paying monthly.
Can I change plans after getting started?
Yes, absolutely! You can upgrade at any time, and we'll adjust your pricing pro-rata so you only pay for what you use.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes.
If you're on a monthly plan, any change takes effect from your next billing period.
If you're on an annual plan, we adjust the remaining time to the new monthly rate on a pro-rata basis and refund any balance to you.
